Join Our High School Youth

for Faith-full Friendships

High School Youth Ministry: Grow in faith. Make new lasting friendships. Make a difference in the world.

The world can be a hostile place for those who embrace Jesus as their Savior. Come to relax, pray in community, read Scripture and talk about the issues that impact your life in guided faith discussions. We also have a process that prepares youth for the Sacrament of Confirmation that you are invited to explore.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our High School Youth Ministry

Why have a church Youth Ministry for high school students?
“High school is a critical time for the faiths of ALL current-generation Catholics. If a resilient, healthy, anti-fragile relationship with God isn’t established before high school graduation (or sooner!), most young Catholics will turn away from the Church rather than embrace it as time goes on.” -Evan [Advisor of Youth Leadership Team]

Why Parents Are Enthusiastic About Our High School Youth Ministry

"The fact that our daughter enjoys attending sessions and other activities, sometimes three times a week, speaks volumes about the program at St. Therese.  These past two years have not only helped prepare her to receive the Holy Spirit, but also how to live a life of faith beyond Confirmation."
~ CP

“As J.Crew, 'Jesus Crew,' Shepherd (advisor), I have the privilege to see numerous teens’ lives transformed by Youth Ministry. Youth Ministry ultimately teaches the youth how to use God’s gift of love to strengthen their relationships with others and to trust God more with their feelings and worries. Youth Ministry breaks down the barrier.”  ~ Evan
