As Jesus returned, the people welcomed Him, for they had all been waiting for Him.  Luke 8:40

Welcome Home

Funny how we call our local church our Home Parish…the concept of "home" is so much broader than a physical dwelling. Home is often a place of refuge and safety, where worldly cares fade and the things and people that one loves becomes the focus.  Home is the place where we are welcomed and  loved as we are, and can truly be ourselves.  How appropriate then to call St. Thérèse home – it is a place where

  • God’s unconditional love is abundant

  • Worldly cares are laid down in prayer and lifted in community service

  • Our priorities are re-aligned to Kingdom Vision

  • It’s you God wants, not some other version of you

So we say Welcome Home!  It’s good to have you here with us!

Here’s how you can Extend the Welcome or Come Home
