Request Prayer

There are several ways to request prayers for you or for a loved one.

If someone in your family is in need of prayers, please contact the parish office and ask for your loved one's name to be included in the "Prayers of the Faithful" and placed in the weekly Sunday bulletin. An immediate family member must make the prayer request and contact the office each week to assure inclusion on the parish's prayer list.  Ongoing prayer intentions are moved to the Adoration Chapel for perpetual prayer after 4 weeks on the “Prayers of the Faithful” or bulletin.

You may request a Mass Intention for living or deceased persons. Mass Intentions are also offered for birthdays and anniversaries.

If you or someone in your family is ill, about to have surgery or undergo a medical procedure, you may call one of the priests  to set up an appointment to receive the Anointing of the Sick. Should you have a family member in the hospital who wishes to receive the Anointing of the Sick, please contact the parish office at 619.582.3716.

Finally, the adoration chapel offers perpetual prayer for your intentions.  There is a prayer request book on the counter in the chapel expressly for that purpose.  If you are unable to visit the chapel personally, please contact the adoration coordinator, and she will make sure to include your loved one on the prayer request list.
