How do I register my child?

To register your child(ren) in grades 1-5, please download the registration forms below:

Sacramental Preparation Parent Meetings

Please complete and return the registration forms with the registration fee in one of three ways: 

1. by dropping off the form in the Religious Education Office (directly behind the church).

2. by placing the form with attached registration fee in the collection basket at Sunday Mass.

3. by mailing the form with registration fee to:
