Community Outreach Ministries

The social justice teaching of the Catholic Church is rooted in Holy Scripture, which calls the people of God to lives of justice and mercy, compassion and hope, solidarity and peace.  In response to Christ’s call, the parish both supports and promotes a variety of assistance programs beyond our own parish capabilities in order to best serve the needs of the poor and vulnerable in the greater community.  In addition to the links below, our parish outreach efforts include an annual giving tree for Christmas, House of Rachel collections for homeless women and children, monthly food collections, Christmas and Easter baskets, and sponsorships for specific missionary projects in Africa and Mexico.  Contact the parish office for more details.
